Matador Records wants you to be satisfied with your purchase; we accept returns on defective media and unworn apparel within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all vinyl and CDs remain in their original shrink-wrap unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that vinyl records are protected against bending or heat during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a trackable service to our warehouse address provided in your authorization email.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out a replacement within 5-7 business days.
